Meet Your Guide
Carlette Roberts, is a UK registered dietitian with more than 25 years of experience and a lifelong follower of Christ. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and graduated from Rhema Bible Training School South Africa. Carlette has assisted numerous individuals worldwide in achieving weight loss and regaining their health.
Carlette gained 12 kg (24lbs) after her marriage and was devastated by her weight gain. As a dietitian it was particularly embarrassing, she felt ashamed, and guilty. However, she managed to shed the extra weight and has maintained her weight loss for over a decade. She understands the difficulties of being overweight firsthand and used her nutritional expertise, personal experience, and Christian beliefs to develop FRESHLife
